To the fullest extent permitted by law, Imaginary Friends will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
